If you need to know this is an automatically generated automatically updated script from a web statistics websites, which means that they place the IPs they receive according to the recorded co-ordinates on Google maps,
Now this is def not mine, as it says if you go down to google earth or google maps you will find that its actually some where in kuwait city ( i think near al- SAFA ) but i live in hawally, but this is the ADSL server of Quality net (my ISP) that iam connected to connect to the internet ( the ultimate network )
talking about that, this company might have misplaced the co-ordinates for that IP address and it ended up there.
Now again the company might have miss-typed something, but def lebanon is not in USA my dear, it would be a french town, but not an american one

Actually, the US has A LOT of cities that are named after foreign cities.
There's a Lebanon in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Jersey, New York, Dunn: North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Hardin County: Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, AND Pennsylvania.
Other city names that come from abroad include Athens, Edinburgh, Birmingham, Manchester, Paris, London, Egypt, Greece, Rome, Palestine, Alhambra...

I've been searching for a flag to match the dot on on the map labelled "Unknown", but I couldn't find any country with a light blue flag with that design...
Until I realized that it was the flag of the United Nations (rolls eyes) ... talk about a waste of time.
it's a clickable map of the world ...and I think "Unknown" is São Tomé and Príncipe which, according to Wiki is "a Portuguese-speaking island nation in the Gulf of Guinea, off the western equatorial coast of Africa...[which] consists of two islands."
